Job Function:
|
- Provide transparency
- Support in the design and management of global system solutions for reporting and relevant set of KPI’s including: Spend analysis, Purchase Price Variance and spend pricing forecast.
- Provide spend map and segmentation analysis for all direct and indirect spend in EMEA
- Conduct analysis
- Analysis of the financial and non-financial procurement results on a regular basis applying leading edge financial and analytical tools and techniques
- Ensure in conjunction with and aligned to other functions, consistent reporting of KPI’s
- Generate accurate, fit for purpose and standard management information
- Act as consultant
- Develop a strategic procurement controlling function that drives continuous improvement of tactics, structure, systems and processes for procurement EMEA
- Provide guidance and training regarding systems and processes
- Collaborate cross functionally and support in the planning and implementation upgrades and improvements to our current SAP-system and/or tools in procurement (e.g. vendor rating, product hierarchy key) in line with regional/global requirements

Your Profile:
|
- Master degree in Business, Science, Finance or related fields
- Three years of experience in a similar function (procurement, finance)
- Superior analytical and numeracy skills
- Strong ability to abstract and manage complex projects with a "hand on" mentality
- Very good interpersonal and networking skills in a matrix-environment
- Excellent Excel-/Access-skills
- Fluent in English and German – spoken and written
- Regular travel required (ca. 10%)
